We had a great stay close to a renowned university and with excellent facilities. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with the reception staff, who always had a smile on their faces. We also met a guy named Ayush Kumar Mukherjee, who was a great person to be around. we had an enjoyable stay, and if we visit this city again, we will choose this hotel for sure.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to the main university and provides ample facilities to visitors. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. the complimentary breakfast was also a plus and served a decent variety of food.

The overall experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness in the hotel's common areas. the floors were sticky and the walls were discolored in some parts.

Location was great, close to key places, especially the university and it was easy to get to other parts of the city from there. The rooms were incredibly nice and had all the necessary facilities - we were really impressed. , the people at the reception were lovely and friendly, especially one guy who was always smiling and helpful.

We stayed there for Christmas and were disappointed to find that there were no special festive decorations or events at the hotel to mark the occasion. It would have been nice to see some effort to make it feel a bit more special.
